Men´s Magazines and Women Over 40
The German edition of Men´s Health may be well-renown for nude ladies, but when it comes to advice for love and passion, the magazine publishes some strange opinions from time to time. It seems they could not quite believe that a woman around 50 may be an attractive lady for a young man. As the magazine claimed, those women could be afraid that her lover is younger, and an Austrian advisor told Men´s Health, that you have to “tell her that she is desirable – that makes her more courageous“.
So who thinks that a young man – say in his thirties – needs to tell a real cougar what to do when it comes to love? Probably she will have to tell him to be more courageous.
Do you want to hear what I think? None of those writers in Men´s Health and most other men’s magazines can really imagine to go out (or have sex) with a woman over 40 – and that´s why they are writing such stupid things.
